Synchronizing shared reality

There are also interesting issues about shared reality. If you live in different and distinct realities, it is very frustrating not to get the other person to synchronize into your reality - to see what you see and to feel what you feel. This frustration is even stronger for people who do not live in multiple realities - and therefore are used to switching perspectives. (Side note: that is the strongest reason why I wanted my kids to go through French immersion - not just another language, but a different and distinct way of perceiving and interpreting the world.)
