Review of the second part of my approach to modelling basic perception: assigning level, direction, and twist angles to all limbs

Direction and level are relatively easy to perceive, easier to perceive than to explain abstractly. Twist is harder, except for twisting at the neck and at the waist. For many actions it is not required. For humans, twisting at the lower arm is also important for correctly placing the hand.
